The rooms were spacious, but not clean, especially the bathrooms, and the staff behaved very rudely. Reception also asked for an extra 900/- on top of the OYO charges. I called OYO support several times and got no help, so I can only imagine what it would be like booking directly with them. Please avoid.
The rooms themselves were clean and well maintained, and the hotel was okay. But the receptionist’s conduct ruined the stay for us. He was probably the rudest receptionist I’ve ever met, kept asking for extra money for no reason, and told us to compare rates with other hotels to “prove” theirs, which was ridiculous. It felt like dealing with a rowdy rather than professional staff. Please be careful about getting scammed here, and couples should be aware and never book these rooms.
The location was peaceful and convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained, so it was a comfortable, pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
I booked through OYO, but when we arrived to check in, the receptionist demanded more money. I tried contacting OYO customer support, but they didn’t respond properly. Please don’t book this hotel through OYO.
I’ve been staying here for the last month. They provide good service and are friendly, and the price is affordable. Must try.
