The air conditioner in the temporary room was already in poor shape: water leaked from the unit, so I couldn't rest in the bed beneath it, and the fan only ran slowly. The switch looked like an ordinary fan or light switch, and nobody told me there was an extra charge for using the AC. They later demanded more money for it. I had booked for two days, but was given a different room at check-in. They said they would switch me to the booked room soon, so I accepted the temporary one. When I questioned the extra charge, the property manager, Vishwanathan, and his wife threatened me and physically attacked me. I felt unsafe, and had to call the police. The police helped settle the matter, but the owners then forced me to leave for questioning what I saw as an attempt to cheat me. They should provide the room guests booked, and clearly explain any restrictions or charges when they offer a different one. The way they handled this was completely unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this property. It was a horrible and unsafe experience.

There was no water for bathing or using the toilet, and the bedroom had insects. The rooms and toilet were in terrible condition, with no maintenance or basic hygiene. When we asked for a separate room, they still didn't provide one and instead sent us to a washroom used by the staff. Please don't book this place, especially if you're travelling with kids.

A service boy from Assam or Odisha was gentle and helpful, and he was the only one who tried to sort things out for us. Even he couldn't do much. The owner ignored our complaint after she'd already received payment. I wouldn't stay here again. I paid 1100 for one night. The room smelled, and the bedsheet looked dirty, as if someone else had used it. The bathroom had no water, so I had to carry my bucket to the common bathroom to bathe and freshen up. They didn't give us a towel, and only brought a bucket when I asked. Do not stay at this hotel.

We couldn't stay even one night, despite paying 8000/- in advance, and the money wasn't returned. The room boy was very nonsensical with the women and tried to threaten us. Booking these rooms was the biggest mistake of my life. The room condition and atmosphere were awful, with dirty sheets and linens and a horrible toilet. We complained to Mr Vishwanath, whom we had paid, but he didn't respond and switched off his mobile. A horrible experience over just 8 hours.
