The room was moderate, but the service and system were very bad. Most troubling was the food, which was so oily that eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the restaurant could make someone ill. They also asked us to pay hotel and food charges each day after eating. That felt very unprofessional, unlike other hotels where you settle the charges at checkout.

The rooms have the required amenities, though they need more ventilation. The location is great, and the food is delicious and budget friendly. Simple daal, mix veg, and tawa chapati s were mouth watering, and the veg grilled sandwich with coffee was great too. Fiza jii and Dubey jii were a great help, thanks for cooperating with us.

The interior looks good, but nothing is maintained. Food quality is very bad, and the prices are too high. A very bad experience.

The catering stood out, with fresh, delicious meals and good variety. Room service was prompt and professional, and toiletries were well stocked and good quality. The room was spacious, clean, and well furnished, with a calm, inviting feel that was nice after visiting the Sangam. The location is a big plus, just a short walk from the railway station, so arrival and departure were convenient. I had an excellent stay, with hospitality, cleanliness, and convenience beyond my expectations. Highly recommended for a Sangam visit.
