My train was delayed by six hours, but reception answered every call when I got to the hotel. I liked their service, and the tea they served was awesome. A good stay.

The receptionist was awful and charged extra even though the booking was fixed. Their behaviour was the worst, and they didn't make any sense. The rooms weren't comfortable either. They used wood between the rooms, so you can hear voices from the other room 🤬🤬🤢. If you want somewhere quiet and comfortable, don't go here.

The room smelled bad and wasn't furnished properly. There were small holes in the walls, broken tables, and a small washroom, and there was no phone in the room. The receptionist refused to let me check in unless I paid ₹400 extra. Worst experience, I'll never stay here again!

The rooms were really bad. The receptionist charges extra if you're even a minute late checking out 🤬🤬. They only care about money and don't provide any kind of good service 🤬🤬.

The staff provided good service throughout my vacation, and I had a great experience at this hotel. If I come to Allahabad again, I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you.
