I booked through makemytrip for two days in February for kumbh. The location was good and the rooms were clean, but the management felt quite unprofessional. My train was delayed, so I arrived at 4 am and nobody at the property attended to me. After 15 minutes, a guy came and told me to wait until morning for a room. It was a terrible start. MMT help eventually got me a room.
