The people in the hallways at all hours, loud noise, and general atmosphere made the place feel unsafe and shady. My room smelled terrible, was dirty, and looked nothing like the photos. The staff were dismissive and unprofessional, and ignored the problems I raised. When I tried to leave early because I felt so uncomfortable, they refused a refund and kept making excuses. The whole place seemed sketchy and disorganized, with nothing that felt trustworthy. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t book it even for free. The bed smelled, the AC didn’t work, the bathroom was stained, and noise went on all night so I couldn’t sleep. The rooms were filthy, and staff were rude or nowhere to be found. Towels, hot water, and basic cleanliness were missing, and breakfast was inedible. Nothing matched the photos, and the place was poorly maintained. For your safety, comfort, and money, stay away. There are better options, and this place shouldn’t be operating.

The bed sheet, pillows, and blanket were dirty and stained, and the door locks and bathroom equipment were damaged. There was no WiFi and the TV didn’t work. Apart from a geyser, basic amenities were lacking. I was also charged extra for early check-in. The rooms were disgusting and didn’t match the pictures in the advertisement.

We booked a room through booking.com and had the pin code and booking number with us. The reception staff were very rude and refused to check us in. The hotel and service were disgusting. Don’t waste your time or money.
