We really loved our three nights here. The room was spacious, comfortable and tidy, with a big clean bathroom, towels, soap and toilet paper. The AC and fan were a big help in the hot weather, and there was a TV with YouTube and other things. There’s an elevator, too. The staff were lovely, helpful and accommodating, and reception is open all day and night. You can call from the room if you need anything. Breakfast ran from 8am to 11am. It was a generous Indian buffet that changed each morning, with water, mango juice and masala tea. They also gave us water bottles each day when we asked. There’s a restaurant for lunch and dinner, though we didn’t eat there. The hotel is close to the main attractions, about 50 roupies by Rapido or tuktuk to places nearby. At checkout they let us leave our bags in the lobby before we left, which was kind. Not many hotels in Prayagraj accept foreigners, so we’d definitely recommend staying here. It was well worth it. We had a good, fully satisfying stay for the money. The room was clean, and the TV, intercom, geyser, switches, plugs and lift all worked. Staff were polite and cooperative, and room service was satisfactory. It’s close to the railway junction, with good, affordable food nearby. The place looked like the site photos. Recommended.

For the price, we were happy with the prime location, good food and tasty complimentary breakfast. The washroom was cramped and the AC was pretty noisy, but otherwise our stay was perfect.

The food was tasty and freshly made, and the staff were polite, helpful and courteous throughout. The rooms could use work on cleanliness and general upkeep. With more attention to maintenance, this would be a much better place. Otherwise, it was a decent stay and all good.

There was construction right next to my room, with hammering and drilling going on amid noise and chaos at all hours. The room also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even after I aired it out several times. On top of that, irrelevant calls kept coming in during the night and disturbing my sleep. Staff were impolite and dismissive, with no apparent concern for guest comfort. They charged me for early check-in even though I also checked out early. When I raised what seemed like a mistake, they refused to acknowledge it. My whole stay was a nightmare. This was extremely unprofessional and showed no hospitality. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.
