We were a family group of 17 and stayed for two nights and three days. Mr kadher was so kind, always made us smile, and responded quickly. He took care to get the room cleaned just the way I wanted and brought extra things fast whenever we needed them. The cleanliness and hospitality exceeded what I expected, and the hotel was great overall, a 10/10 experience. Room cleaning was delayed, though, and MR John needs more discipline in how he talks to customers. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

The food was delicious and well prepared, and the cleanliness and hygiene really impressed me. I had a comfortable stay at TGI SPS Grand Hotel, with outstanding service from the restaurant team. Saravanan supervised things well and showed great hospitality. Dhanush, Rakesh, and Suthan were friendly, polite, and attentive, while chefs Sanjay and Lokesh did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

The location was really convenient, and I found the rooms clean and the washroom spotless. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe and secure here. The staff behaviour was top notch. Thanks, team TGI. Keep it up, I'll definitely come back.

I was here at TGI SPS Grand, Coimbatore for about 14 days, and the room stayed clean, comfortable, and well maintained the whole time. Breakfast was really good, and the servers were warm and friendly. Dhanush deserves a special thanks for the lovely service. The hospitality was great, and staff were always helpful and welcoming.

The Thali was outstanding, and we enjoyed the breakfast, lunch, and supper too. Saravanan, the manager, deserves thanks, as do our talented chefs Mani and Sanjay. Rajaram at the bar, along with Sudan, Dhansh, and Ankara, gave us personal service. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We'll be back.
