The bathroom, water supply, and water heater were clean and worked well, which helped during the rainy days. The rooms were another story. The photos showed a bright, clean, new-looking place, but what we saw was dark and in poor condition. I had booked a “superior king size” room, but was told there was only one in that category. They took us up narrow, steep stairs to the second floor, which was difficult for my pregnant wife. We eventually moved to a smaller ground-floor room that was okay by comparison. Staff were rude, and they wanted payment before we could even see the room. There was no breakfast or lift, and the AC was leaking. The room didn’t match the pictures and wasn’t worth the money.
