The staff were very polite and quickly cleaned the whole room after I complained about around 3 to 4 cockroaches roaming around the toilet. The rooms themselves are good, and the hotel is easy to spot in a very main location. I'd recommend it for a couple of days if you want an affordable place. The hotel is hardly 50 meters from the main bus stand, which saves time if you arrive in the morning and want to rest before a busy day. They offer 24 hours check-in and out, so a 7 AM arrival means checkout at 7 AM the next day. For this budget, the rooms are very clean and well managed. Service was beyond expectations for a hotel in this category, and the food was good value too, with reasonable quality and prices. 5 stars for rooms, service, and location. All the best..!

The breakfast was good, but the service disappointed me this time as a regular guest. I arrived at 6:10 AM, while breakfast starts at 7:00 AM, and politely asked if I could wait in the lobby for 45 minutes. They wouldn't let me. The lobby is right in front of the reception desk and fully visible, so I don't think letting a customer wait briefly would have caused any inconvenience.

My mom, husband, and I came to Aarvee hotel for a meal that cost ₹1500. We finished eating within 20 minutes and were due to catch a bus to Chennai soon after. We'd brought my mom for treatment, and she'd had minor surgery. When she felt dizzy and lay down on the reception sofa, a staff member approached us rudely. He could have explained the hotel's policy respectfully. I understand there may be rules about how long customers can wait, but it seemed unfair to ask us to leave while my mom was unwell when other customers were allowed to stay longer. We respect the policy, but expect better customer service. A sign explaining the waiting time rules might help. The staff member's behavior spoiled the visit, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel based on it.
