SPOT ON 76317 Star Residency

The room was dusty, with an unclean bed, dirty blanket, and pillow. The door had no latch. It was also very hard to find the hotel because the location details were wrong, and they didn't answer my calls. The rooms and service were very poor.

We called to confirm the booking, but when we arrived they said there were no rooms available. The next morning they arranged a different stay at nearby oyo Varun residency, where the behavior was even worse than at the original oyo. The man there demanded extra money as a service charge and was rude and unprofessional toward the women. This was the worst stay I've had, and neither place is suitable for families. I wouldn't choose either one again.

This place was a nightmare. There were bed bugs and cockroaches everywhere, and we got no TV, toiletries, or anything. The employees were so rude, and we ended up having a big quarrel after they denied us blankets. The employee blamed us for not reporting that there were no blankets in the room, but checking that they're there is their responsibility. Please don't stay here.

This hotel also told us it was already full and to contact other hotels. We'd booked more than four hotels through oyo, and every time we arrived, we were told the place was full and had to look elsewhere. At one hotel, the receptionist even asked for extra payment. All of this happened in chennai. That midnight we had to take a lodge near the busstand. We contacted oyo customer care many times, but they failed to give us a proper response.
