The bed was full of cockroaches, the toilets were untidy, and the hotel itself wasn’t clean. The TV didn’t work, and hot water was controlled downstairs, so I had to ask for it. When I upgraded my room, the staff even resisted giving me a towel. The location was a problem too: cars can’t fit down that lane, and you have to walk a bit with your luggage. I wouldn’t call this good for families.

My stay was awful. The room was dirty and unhygienic, and the service person was lazy and unfriendly.

The place smelled awful and felt unhygienic, with dirty bedsheets and a very dirty washroom. At checkout, they took my phone to get some code and left a five-star review for the hotel.

Rooms were clean, the staff were polite, and the service was good.

We booked an AC room through the OYO app, but when we arrived they tried to put us in a non-AC room. This was the worst hotel service. I won’t book here again.
