The food was fantastic, even better than we expected, and the restaurant team made dining feel special. Biswal was keen to chat and make sure we enjoyed it. Bala, the housekeeping in-charge, guided us and helped make our stay comfortable, while Satheesh was excellent at coordinating and taking care of all the things we needed. Thanks to the Sterling staff for putting in so much care. We had a very good stay.

Debashish and Parthipan really stood out for their friendly, attentive service. They made sure everything was taken care of and added a lot to our meal. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and served promptly, and every dish we tried was well prepared. The place was clean and pleasant, too. From the warm welcome when we arrived to the hospitality throughout, we felt comfortable here. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back.

The restaurant could use better ventilation, since our clothes smelled after we ate there. More games and leisure activities on the premises would also give guests more to do. Still, we had a pleasant stay: the food was excellent, and restaurant service was very good. Debashish, Raja, Sahly, and Asit were courteous and hospitable, and Satish did a good job keeping the room clean.

The Ayurvedic spa was a highlight for us. We loved the service and felt the 90-minute treatment was worth fitting into our stay. The resort is compact but well maintained, with a pool, gym, and miniature golf, though everything is small. Parking is outside, and the property is a non-alcohol zone. The wooden rooms felt comfy and gave us a different kind of stay, although our room had a geyser issue, perhaps a one-off. Food needs work, especially the disappointing buffet spread, though the live counter staff were hospitable. Sterling Anaikatti is a decent option for bigger families, as long as you don't compare it with other Sterling properties, since that could leave you disappointed.

We had a relaxing family break at Sterling Anaikatti and hope to return. The staff were warm and attentive throughout our 3-day stay from Dec 20-22, 2025. Sateesh from Housekeeping kept our room immaculate and worked around the cleaning time we preferred. Debashish from the Food Department kindly prepared our child's meals as requested, and the whole Spa team gave us superb, friendly service. The accommodation was comfortable and the food was tasty. Baby high chairs in the dining area would be a helpful addition for families.
