The rooms weren’t even clean, and the facilities were very poor. A totally bad experience.

A good stay. They gave me a visiting card. Booking directly gets you a better rate.

The room was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. There were no curtains, the TV didn’t work, there were no sheets for the extra bed, the main bed sheets were stained, a power point wasn’t working, and the washroom was horrible. When I asked for curtains and bed sheets, the staff member got annoyed. The manager who received us had a bad attitude as soon as I mentioned Agoda, and got even more upset when I said I’d booked for 1079 ₹, since he usually charges walk-ins 1500₹. The manager reacted to guests in a very arrogant way, and I felt his attitude was like a thief’s. I had one of the worst experiences ever, and this property doesn’t deserve a single star. Agoda should remove it from its listing. Owner, please visit regularly and check the rooms and facilities you provide. If you have no intention of running the business and offering even basic service, close the property and remove its listings from the various websites. Take action against the manager or find an alternative.

I’ve been there three times for exams. Management isn’t good, and the rooms and toilets aren’t cleaned properly. There’s no lift. The receptionist talks unnecessarily and doesn’t know other languages. Many people come from far away to take exams at psgias, so I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
