We were there for a couple of days for a visit to KMCH hospital. The room was clean and well maintained, but the front desk staff's behavior was shocking, unacceptable, and unprofessional. Family guests shouldn't be humiliated with baseless accusations. If the hotel truly has a no-smoking policy, it should install smoke detectors in every room. Staff assumptions and personal bias aren't evidence, and relying on them can lead to false accusations and harassment. Management should take this seriously and train front desk staff in professional conduct and guest handling. Incidents like this can quickly damage the hotel's reputation, regardless of clean rooms or a convenient location.

Parking made traveling by car hassle-free, and the staff were helpful and responsive when we needed them. The hotel is well placed for getting to nearby places. Its atmosphere is simple, decent, and comfortable enough for a short visit, without anything fancy. I had a pleasant stay.

The airport location made arrivals and departures easy, especially for early morning or late-night flights, and there were plenty of good places to eat nearby. The staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean and well maintained, and a relaxing place to settle after traveling. Comfortable, convenient, and good value for money. I had a wonderful, hassle-free stay here.

The location was handy, close to the airport and easy for getting around, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. At Manchester Suites the room was clean, spacious, comfortable enough for a relaxed stay, and well maintained. It isn't fancy, but the stay was solid and hassle-free. I'd come back when I'm in Coimbatore again.

There are easy-to-reach food options just across the property, including Khalids Biriyani, Burgerman, and Murugan Idli Shop. Manchester Suites is also conveniently on the way to Broadway Cinemas and near KMCH. The rooms are well maintained, with clean linens and good AC, and there's ample, safe parking. Five stars for the value.
