I really liked the hotel itself. The rooms were small but nice, the location was fine, and it’s good value compared with other places in CBE. But the older men at the front counter were the rudest, most judgmental and difficult staff I’ve dealt with. I lost my key card and they charged 700 rps for a replacement. They also asked nosy questions about why I was visiting. If the staff had been welcoming and nice, I’d have given it five stars.

The rooms were comfortable and well set up, and the staff were warm and polite. I still had to remind them 3-4 times about basic requests, which was inconvenient. For a short stay, it’s a reasonable choice, though compared with other hotels in Coimbatore I’d give it around 3 stars. The room was generally good, but there was dust on the windows and a spider web in the washroom. Rooms should be cleaned and checked more carefully before guests arrive. My stay was short, so I didn’t make much of an issue of it. Two-wheelers can park conveniently, but space is usually occupied, so I wouldn’t suggest bringing a three-wheeler or larger vehicle. The hotel is on a one-way road, meaning you have to use that route for both entering and leaving, which can be a little inconvenient.

I’m checking out tomorrow morning, and it feels like the staff have decided to let me suffer through a hot, sleepless night. The room is run down and clearly wasn’t checked before check-in. The AC stopped completely, with an orange warning light blinking, and the fan regulator is broken, so I can’t control the airflow in this boiling room. The TV remote doesn’t work either. I reported everything to reception by phone, then went down and spoke to staff in person. They still wouldn’t send maintenance, fix anything, or move me to another room. The lack of basic amenities and lazy management are unbelievable. Avoid this place.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was in good condition, and the rooms were neat and clean. It’s easy to get to from ukkadam bus stop. Pounraj guided us, and the staff service was good. Thank you IVY❤️
