Om Heritage Hotel

The rooftop fort view is stunning, and watching the sunset from there was a highlight of our stay. Inside, the hotel has a charming haveli-like feel that gives you a taste of Jodhpur, even though the location is a bit congested. The rooms were clean, well organized, and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, but the taste could be better. The menu showed many dishes that weren’t available, which was disappointing. We found the hotel arranged vehicles much pricier than Uber. We booked one for sightseeing and negotiated the rate, then used an Uber auto for local visits and a cab for the station transfer. A pleasant stay with lovely views and a traditional touch.

The rooftop restaurant was the best part for us. We were two couples, and the fort view and big screen made it fun, lifting the experience. The car entrance is very narrow, so the driver needs to be careful getting to the parking area. Rooms were only average, and cleanliness was okay but not great. The Google photos look much better than the actual place, and the service was average too. The hotel tariff doesn’t really match the experience.

The staff around the food area were attentive and courteous, and everyone at reception was kind and helpful. We had a late train, so they let us keep the room even after checkout, which we really appreciated. Hotel OM Heritage made for a comfortable, pleasant stay.

The traditional décor gives Om Heritage a warm, homely feel. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and helpful. A peaceful, relaxing place to stay, and one I’d recommend.
