The rooms were neat, but the service was very poor. The staff were extremely rude and treated me badly. Their behavior was pathetic, and they need to be changed.

We got a room on the top floor, but it wasn't cleaned as well as expected, and the lighting wasn't proper. Hot water and other services were unavailable, and he didn't even answer the phone in the morning. The building has no hotel name or logo on it. Not for families ✖️✖️✖️.

The hotel itself is okay, but the men working there were very rude. The rooms looked empty, yet the caretaker said the hotel was full and that they wouldn't accept online bookings, insisting I pay 1200 offline. My online price was 851 using my coupon. They told me to call customer care, but they weren't willing to cooperate.

The room walls were broken, and the place wasn't kept clean. Don't visit.

I found two drawers during my stay, one full of ash and the other with a used condom. The place was not clean or hygienic. When I raised it with OYO, the manager got agitated and used abusive language. OYO, the booking partner, just kept looping me through its system and did nothing. Staying here felt like putting my hygiene and dignity at risk. Please consider somewhere else.
