The food fell short of expectations, service was very slow, and staff weren’t attentive. The room hadn’t been properly cleaned and basic amenities were missing, which made the stay uncomfortable and reflects badly on the property. I hope management takes this seriously and works on staff training, service standards, and the overall guest experience so future visitors don’t have the same problems.

The location is very good, and inside the hotel premises anyone would feel safe. The staff are very good too. Excellent stay and value for money.

The food got so many compliments from our guests, it was absolutely delicious. We recently held our children’s birthday celebration at Jenney Club, and the hall was beautifully maintained and just right for it. The courteous, helpful staff made sure things went smoothly throughout. Thanks to the whole Jenney Club team for making the kids’ birthday so memorable. We really appreciate the service and hospitality.

The rooftop restaurant is amazing. It’s quieter and better than most places in cbe, and the service is really good.

Kayaloram’s food was good, especially the freshly made Appam. It was expensive, but worth the time spent.
