The room and furniture felt neglected, and even the door and fittings seemed damaged. There were dirty walls with stains and scratches, plus clear dampness and water leakage, especially near the bathroom ceiling, along with mold patches that raised hygiene concerns. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe there, and the stay was very disappointing. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this wasn’t acceptable. I hope management takes it seriously and improves maintenance and cleanliness.

The room was filthy, with bed bugs and cockroaches on the bed and in the washroom. They didn’t clean it or even replace the sheets, and the staff were rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn’t bring a family here. I gave one star only because the rating system wouldn’t let me give zero. Be warned, a night here could be hell. The OYO photos and ratings seem fake.

The bathroom was awful, and the hotel seemed extremely poorly maintained. Nothing about the stay was good: no water bottles, dirty sheets, and noisy air conditioning and fan. The online photos didn’t match what I found. The person at reception was rude, asked unnecessary questions, and kept me waiting a long time to check in. I booked three nights but left after the second because I couldn’t stay there. Don’t waste your money.

The room hadn’t been cleaned, and the sheets were still unchanged. We had booked a room with AC, only to be told when we arrived that it wasn’t working. Staff then expected us to pay the full room price anyway, which I found unacceptable. The room condition and service were below what we expected. I hope they fix these problems for future guests.

I planned my workday around the 7 a.m. early check-in they had confirmed the day before, and even agreed to pay extra. When I arrived at 7:30, a rude person at reception said housekeeping wasn’t available until after 9 and told me to come back then. Since they couldn’t provide the room as promised, I found another nearby hotel and got on with my work. Better avoid this place.
