The location is the one good thing: it sits at the edge of Sai Baba colony, which is a nice locality. The corridors were dirty, though, and the room smelled bad, with stained bedsheets. I could barely stay in there. I sprayed a lot of perfume and got through the night, then was glad to leave at 7:30 AM the next morning.

We had a fantastic stay. The food was amazing, and our room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were always friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

There wasn't much that worked for us: no hot water for bathing, no nearby quality hotels, and the car park wasn't comfortable for an SUV. We booked for two days. The first day's rent was Rs.1700/-, then the amount was automatically set to Rs.2000/- for the second day without our knowledge.

We came through oyo and hadn't seen the bad reviews on gmap. The bathrooms were very dirty, the rooms hadn't been swept, and there was no service at all. Staff were rude and unresponsive, especially the bald headed receptionist. We asked for our money back and they refused. That bald guy even said they didn't care about a bad review because they already had plenty of good ones. Worst hotel experience ever. Please don't come here with family.

The reception staff were gentle and kind, and I really liked how they treated us. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was really clean. I had a very good experience here.
