The staff were polite and cooperative, which was the only good part. The hotel itself was in poor shape: the rooms were old and not maintained, and the sheets, pillow covers, and blankets were all dirty. In one room the fan didn't work, so they moved me, but the AC room was just as bad. At the same price, you can find much better AC rooms elsewhere. Definitely not recommended if you expect cleanliness and basic comfort.

The staff kept calling, acted rudely, and demanded extra cash because my booking was through MakeMyTrip. When I said I'd report that behaviour, they replied that I could do whatever I wanted and they didn't care. During my work trip on 16.10.2025, I didn't spend much time in the room, but even then I saw too many moths and cockroaches under the bed, under the spreadsheet, and beneath the almirah. Thank God I didn't stay overnight. Such a horrible place.

I had paid everything online, but they still refused to give me a room because my partner had a local ID. We'd been settled in another state for more than 2yrs, were visiting for two days, and had paid all cash. There was no refund. At 9.30pm I was left standing there, asking for help and getting rude, negligent treatment, even though my partner was coming the next day. They wouldn't give me a room, so at 11 I went looking for somewhere to stay.

Parking is limited. If you arrive early you may get a spot, otherwise you have to park on the road. There wasn't much hot water at 6am, and room service and the other services were really slow. The hotel itself was good, and the rooms were neat and clean.
