Zone By The Park Coimbatore

Chef Vignesh’s Mughlai Chicken Biryani and Chicken Rezala were delicious. We held our company team lunch at the hotel, and the banquet setup and service were excellent. Thanks to Sales Manager Mr. Gokil for organizing it so smoothly, and to Manager Vignesh, Santhosh, and the whole F&B team for their support and coordination. We’ll definitely come back for the food, and I’ll refer the place to coworkers, friends, and team members.

The reception team and everyone else made check-in, our stay, and check-out hassle-free. Our one-night visit to Zone by the Park, Coimbatore fell during the Indigo flight delays, and our flight from Delhi landed around midnight. The airport pickup we’d requested went very smoothly. Since we arrived late, we asked to have dinner ready, and the staff served us a warm meal, which was a relief after the long day. Breakfast the next morning had plenty of variety and tasted great, a lovely start before we headed to our next destination.

I stayed four days and this may be the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The food is amazing, with plenty of good options, and the bathrooms are clean. The rooms were comfortable too. It’s close to Coimbatore station, and there’s a hypermarket and Starbucks nearby, so picking up emergency essentials is easy.

Ravi looked after us really well, and room service was excellent, even bringing drinking water in the middle of the night. We booked directly on the website and got a discounted rate for our two-night business visit. Three of us were assigned one room with an extra bed, though the room felt small for three people, which is why I gave the room size two stars. It had complimentary tea, coffee, a kettle, and hot and cold water in the washroom. The location is right in the heart of the city. Breakfast was included and had lots of variety, with great taste. Overall, it was a nice stay.
