I stayed there back in 2015 when it was a PG, and they scammed me out of everything. There was no good service, and those six months made my life hell. The owners, Parveen and rathi, are corrupt and not good people. They’ll face their karma someday. They have a few PGs in Gurgaon. Please don’t go there.
The ACs make a terrible honking noise, breakfast takes too long to prepare, and they served a chilled boiled egg that was a night old. The POS machine wasn’t working either. A lot of important things are needed immediately.
Both the room and bathroom stink, and the room condition is very, very bad. There’s no reception number, so getting through to customer care is really difficult.
The location was good, and the staff were polite. But the toilet was filthy and smelled awful, and the whole room had a hookah-like smell. They provided only a towel, with no soap or toiletries. I couldn't stay here again.
The property and its location are good, but it was poorly managed. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the rooms were dirty, with soap wrappers left all over the bathroom.
