We spent the whole night without water in the washroom, and staff barely responded when we kept asking for drinking water. The service was really poor. On arrival, the bedsheets and blankets were dirty, with hair on the sheets, and no drinking water had been provided. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The place smelled bad both in the room and outside in the corridor, where there was a dustbin. The Wi-Fi didn't work either. Water stopped from every tap while I was using the toilet, and I had to call several times to get it restored. Later, it took another two hours and repeated calls to get drinking water. The bathroom leak was never fixed after I complained, and the dirty floor mat stayed unchanged for my entire stay despite another complaint. Toiletries were missing too, even after repeated requests, including hand wash. The hotel was filthy and horrible.

Service and hospitality were very poor, and even coffee took 40-50 minutes to arrive. The staff didn't seem coordinated or professional. At 4PM, the room still wasn't ready, so I had to wait 30-40 minutes while someone cleaned with a scrubber and left the smell of the cleaning liquid behind. When I had booked ahead with specific requirements, they ignored what had been agreed and assigned a room based on their own convenience.

I booked 16 rooms recently and the whole experience was awful. Staff were rude and would argue, and they lied about many things, so get every promise in writing because they may back out. Guests had to wait around because room keys weren't ready on time, and the triple sharing that had been promised wasn't provided in every room. Food ran out before everyone had eaten. They also overcharged, claiming there were more guests than expected and charging for water bottles, and there was nobody to help with luggage. Don't ruin your vacation by staying here.
