We used to love staying here and have been coming for around 7-8 months, spending thousands, but lately it feels like regular premium customers don't matter. We've seen rooms offered at different prices, even though they say the room rate is fixed, and when we tried to negotiate, they refused outright. The breakfast situation last night was especially frustrating. After we asked, we were told it was included, but when we called at 10:58 am, they said breakfast was over and wouldn't provide it. Nobody told us the hours at check-in, and they kept insisting they'd already explained it, even though we were used to getting breakfast after 11am. Rules should apply equally to everyone. Now we'll have to think twice before coming back.

The food was excellent quality and good value. I stayed for five nights recently and was very comfortable. Ms.Bhardwaj and Mr.Chauhan from the front office, along with the room service and kitchen teams, were all very professional. I'd highly recommend staying here.
