The manager turned my stay around with calm, caring service. My room TV wasn’t working, and I was told the lunch buffet wasn’t available that day, which upset me enough to contact him. He came right away, took charge, and sorted it out efficiently. A new TV was brought up, then later replaced with the repaired one, and the buffet was arranged and delivered to my room. I was amazed and apologized to him for being rude. He clearly works hard for guest satisfaction, though I think the rest of the staff should be trained to show the same dedication. The room was very clean, the wash area spotless, the AC worked perfectly, and the view was amazing. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. I couldn’t stay overnight because I had an early flight, but otherwise I’d have stayed a couple more days to enjoy the property. Excellent service, and a must-visit.

We arrived at 11 pm on the night of 1st nov, but it took the manager over an hour to settle us into our rooms even though we had booked two in advance. We were with family, yet he gave us rooms with single beds. We asked for king-size beds and had to remind him 3-4 times before he changed the rooms. The rooms and food were okay, but not worth 4-5k per night. If all you need is a night’s sleep, treebo dunag is very close to the airport and costs 2000, with limited breakfast.

We had a good buffet dinner one night, and the food quality, cleanliness, and service were all top notch. The staff were very helpful. I needed to check out at 4:30 am for a flight, and Prashant made the process smooth and quick, just two minutes. This is how hotels for business people should be.

The service was kind, and I have no complaints. It was a comfortable, clean place, with reasonably sized rooms and nice amenities. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options, and the café area was clean.

Breakfast was awesome, and Shilpi and Sushmita at the breakfast restaurant were cheerful and helpful while taking our orders. We had a lovely time at this property, with friendly and attentive staff.
