I arrived around 12:00 AM and was told the room wasn’t available because the booking supposedly wasn’t confirmed. I had chosen “Pay at Property,” which was clearly offered when I booked. I showed the staff all my confirmation emails and messages, but they were adamant and completely uncooperative. What made it worse was their insensitive response. They casually remarked that they were talking to a girl at midnight and questioned where she would go, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. Because of their negligence and lack of basic hospitality, I was left stranded and had to book another hotel. The front desk response was extremely pathetic. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, with pathetic service and zero accountability. I’d never recommend this Treebo hotel to anyone.

Pricing is reasonable, the staff are polite and well behaved, and they’re helpful in every way. The rooms are spacious, with clean toilets and surroundings. There’s a working water kettle and a 1 ltr water bottle. Toiletries were the only thing missing; with those, it would have been perfect. Breakfast timing felt a little odd too. It should start at 7 or 7:15 AM, not 8 AM. Everything else was good.

Book early and you can get a good room, good service, and a good price. We booked at the peak point and it cost us double. Our room was a bit small, but neat and clean. Value for money, yes. Cleanliness, yes. Service was good. Location was okayish, with too much city traffic on the way to famous places. I’d rate it 7.8/10. Get in touch with a local friend who can help with prices.

Food choices are limited but okay, and the rooms are well maintained. Service was good, with everyone from the front office to the service boys doing an excellent job.

I stayed for 2 days and had a comfortable, great stay. Vikram and Arvind provided great service, and they accommodated an early check-in on the day I arrived. Room service and breakfast were good too.
