Treebo Seaesta RK Beach

The location is good, but the rooms aren’t. We paid 4k for a room that was worth 1500 at most. The bathroom was pathetic and looked like a public toilet. Breakfast was beyond imagination, absolutely disappointing.

The location is the only good thing here. I booked because of the Treebo tag, but don’t book this place. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the websites. It was dull and in bad shape, like living in a building still under construction. The floors were muddy, the rooms unhygienic, the blankets unclean, and the AC didn’t work properly. Staff were rude and unsupportive. The kitchen was dirty and smelly, and there’s no dine-in in the room. The breakfast menu looked good, but the food was cold and there was no real beverage, just coffee from vending machines. The property doesn’t even have a storeroom for early check-ins, so they ask you to leave your luggage outside at reception.

Only a limited breakfast selection, with no Dosa or non-veg food. The in-room compliments weren’t fully provided either. I’d recommend it only as a nearby beach stay option.

The location is good, within walking distance of RK beach. I stayed for 6 days, and it’s a decent hotel overall, though service could be better. The hot water issues should be dealt with quickly, and the morning breakfast buffet could use more options. Only two water bottles a day are free. The rest are chargeable.
