Hotel Kanishka Tower by OYO Rooms

We stayed for just the first half of the day, my family and I, and the room was already completely unacceptable. We had booked a large room, but it was contaminated, with GUTKA spit in every corner. The pillows they gave us were dirty and bloodstained, and there was no water in the tank when we arrived. There was no geyser, and they said the AC had been removed because of COVID 19. The toilet ventilation window opened into the room instead of being separate. The elevator wasn't working either. I saw only two staff members, and they weren't cooperative. They just blamed each other when complaints came up. The place looks good from outside, but the people running it seemed totally unprofessional. They're looting money. It's worse than a 3rd graded lodge, and I don't know how they're connected with OYO. They don't deserve even 1 star. Never book here!! 🤢🤢🤬

The biggest problem was the two arrogant, irresponsible, unprofessional people managing the property. The surroundings were very dirty and smelled bad everywhere, and the water was dirty too. The commode was loose and wobbling 😂. The lock was broken, so we weren't given a key. We had to move all our luggage whenever we went out. A terrible experience.

Everything was broken, and the hotel felt stinky, dirty, and unprofessional. I've never stayed anywhere like it in my life. I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemies.

I didn't stay there, but I had paid for two days. The hotel was horrible, with no service, restaurant, or lift, and the staff behaved terribly. I was in real trouble trying to get a refund from OYO, but nobody from OYO responded.
