The restaurant was good. I ordered breakfast and lunch, and both were served hot and fresh. The rooms are big, and the approach road is excellent. It’s a great hotel in the heart of the city, though the tariff is a bit pricey, but not too high. Service needs work: the washroom bucket was broken, and housekeeping needs to speed up. I’d recommend staying here overall, but the establishment needs to improve if it wants to attract more tourists and become a must-try.

We paid an advance and got confirmation after booking the hotel for our wedding reception. Later, they called to say the booking was cancelled, without giving any valid reason. That’s extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for such an important event. The staff were rude and showed no responsibility or courtesy. I’d strongly suggest thinking twice before booking here.

The place looks good, but it feels like they spent the budget on appearance and paid little attention to customer service. A nice ambiance can’t make up for poor service. Very disappointing.

Beware, this feels like a scam. At check-in I was quoted and promised a different tariff for an 8 day stay. At checkout, they said I’d have to pay around 2000 more because of some system error. Visit at your own risk.

The room was clean, pretty, and comfortable, and the hotel is well maintained with a really nice ambiance. Staff were polite and helpful, with good service throughout our stay. We had a great stay and a very pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again.
