I’ve been coming here for years, so it was disappointing to have such a poor visit today, 3rd May 2026. The salted fries came without salt, and the masala papad lacked even basic salt and chili. Some dishes were cold, and the soup I ordered never came, even by the end of the meal. The waiter, Yogesh Pandit, was polite and handled things well. When I complained, he said a party upstairs had caused the problems. But Kailash Joshi, the captain, was unprofessional: he didn’t properly hear me out and walked away while I was still speaking. The food and service were both below the standard I’d expected from a place I’ve trusted for years.

The online room price showed 1700/-, but when we called, they asked for 2200/-. That doesn’t seem right or like good business practice. Prices should be consistent across platforms, and there’s no transparency here.

The rooms were well maintained, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. I got a warm welcome at check-in, and the whole visit exceeded what I expected. I’d definitely stay here again.

The garden restaurant is a particular highlight, with good vegetarian and non-vegetarian food and a pleasant outdoor dining setting that often has live music. Hotel Manju Palace is in the MIDC area, where it offers a quiet break from the busy city center. Visitors also often mention the staff’s warm, professional hospitality, helpful service, and attention to guest safety.

The food is quite good, and the starters are great. But they don’t have a bartender, so they mix and serve the drinks themselves. I asked for an old fashioned and got Jim Beam with ice. The Jägerbomb was below par too, especially if you’ve been to a good restaurant or bar.
