OYO 2255 Hotel Costa River

Choose one of the hotel's new rooms, they're very neat. Room service, reception, and the restaurant were all really good. Mrs. Ruby Khan at the restaurant was amazing and looked after all the guests so well. She's very hospitable, and I hope the hotel keeps her for a long time.

The rooms were comfortable, and the resort itself is nice and well maintained. But the managers' rude attitude spoiled the whole stay. They were uncooperative, and we weren't allowed to play music or properly use the swimming pool, which was a real disappointment. With management like that, I wouldn't recommend this resort.

The restaurant meals exceeded our expectations, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. Staff were attentive and courteous, with lovely hospitality throughout our stay. The reasonable prices make Costa River a nice balance of comfort, quality, and affordability. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Varanasi.

I booked two rooms, one for my family and one for myself, and my AC leaked all night. They put several buckets in the room instead of arranging a repair. The whole stay felt unpleasant, and nobody offered a solution. The manager was very rude and said, “You had a problem at 12 at night, you should have changed rooms then.” Staff need proper training, and management should be polite and understand they're not doing guests a favor.
