Palette by CheckIn Sarnath Temple

Over five days, housekeeping never cleaned my room, and breakfast was poor quality with very few choices. I was also charged too much without a proper explanation. The place felt isolated, remote, and inconvenient, and it seemed quite shady, especially for someone traveling alone. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I stayed two nights, and this was the worst hotel experience I've had despite staying in many places. There were frequent power cuts, and they wouldn't start the gen set. Hygiene was extremely poor and the TV didn't work. There's no restaurant or room service. The staff, all young boys, didn't listen to customers and were always busy on their phones.

The rooms at Palette Hotel and Resort near Sarnath Temple were dusty, had stained bedsheets, and smelled unpleasant as soon as we walked in. The photos make the place look decent, but the actual condition was very different. The washroom was even worse, dirty, poorly maintained, and lacking basic hygiene. Staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive to simple requests. Getting anything done took a very long time, if they responded at all. The stay was uncomfortable and frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone visiting Sarnath. There are better options nearby.

I stayed for the last two days and had a great experience. The room was really big, and the staff were very kind.
