Breakfast was a real highlight, with lots of options and especially tasty French toast and pancakes. I stayed at Hotel Surya Kaiser Palace, Varanasi from 21st to 23rd April 2026, and the trip went smoothly overall. The hotel was neat and clean, and the basic facilities were well maintained. There was ample parking, and the location in one of Varanasi's posh areas made it easy to get Blinkit, Swiggy, Ola, and Uber. I'd call it a 10/10 experience, with one small snag at the end: despite asking a day before checkout, they couldn't arrange anyone to clean my car. Apart from that, everything was enjoyable, and I'd recommend it.

After you've finished seeing Banaras, save a day to just relax here. The place brings together the charm of an old haveli and modern-style rooms, with genuinely good, helpful people and delicious food. There are two bars onsite, a cafe, and a swimming pool with bougainvillea along the side. That's enough pitching from me, go explore it yourself! 😊

Mr. Raju was fantastic when we booked a cab through the hotel to see the city. He explained things in detail, shared interesting historical insights, and took us to some great lesser-known places to eat. At the hotel, Mr. Rohit Kumar Yadav was a big help with the menu and suggested some of the best dishes, making sure we had a great dining experience. The food and service were truly exceptional, and the stay was very pleasant. I'm so glad we booked here, highly recommended!

The spacious rooms and lovely garden view added a lot to our stay at Hotel Surya. From check-in with Akash, who welcomed us so warmly and politely, to dining with Rohit, a well-trained restaurant executive who looked after guests like family, the people here made us feel royal. Checkout was smooth too. An excellent stay option in Varanasi.

At Hotel Surya Kaiser Palace, the spacious, clean, comfortable rooms were a good place to rest after exploring the city, and the food was another highlight: lots of choices, all fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The property is stunning, with distinctive heritage architecture and carefully chosen décor that gives it an old-world character. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, blending history and comfort. We had a wonderful stay, and it's a fantastic Varanasi option for anyone who appreciates beautiful architecture, good food, and great hospitality.
