The breakfast was limited and not fresh, and the air conditioning barely worked, making nights uncomfortable. Our room wasn't clean when we arrived, and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. Front desk staff were unhelpful and slow to deal with our complaints. The stay didn't meet the price or our expectations. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, please don't go 🙏🏻

There's good access to public transport, which is a plus. But the rooms are completely closed up with no window, vent, exhaust, or any ventilation. They smell stale and damp, and there's fungus everywhere from the lack of cleanliness. The washroom smell is hard to bear. Also, the map location takes you to a naaala (drain), so arrange the hotel's contact details beforehand and call for directions.
