Ibex Resorts Coonoor (Tapas )

The team made us feel welcome right away, even though we were new guests, and their help was caring and prompt. We spent three days at Ibex Resort, enjoying the beautiful, clean surroundings and the mountain views in daylight and after dark. The food was delicious too. It was a memorable stay, and we hope to come back.

We had a great time at the resort, with lovely views all around, and visiting the nearby Brookleen tea factory and strawberry farm made the trip even more memorable. Mrs. Shobha was warm, humble, and polite, and her delicious homemade meals made us feel at home. She also handled our requests with care. Mr. Mahendran arranged our transportation, while Mrs. Bhagyalakshmi kept everything neat and clean throughout our stay. It was initially difficult to get responses about reservations and enquiries, but once we arrived, everything else was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for about a week in the starling room, which had a spacious attached balcony looking out over Mettupalayam and its city lights. Shobha Akka's South Indian buffet was on every day, and her cooking was the best we've tasted. Ganesh, the service manager, helped us with logistics and getting around conoor, while Bhagyalakshmi kept the place clean and tidy. The weather and location were beautiful. It's a remote spot with wifi, which gave us the much-needed break from cellular service.

Shobha and Murugan were so polite and humble, always checking that we had what we needed. Their attentive, warm service made our visit feel personal. The property was comfortable, with a pleasant ambience that made it easy to unwind. We had a delightful stay and would happily recommend the place.
