WelcomHeritage Ayatana Ooty

The staff were humble, warm, and quick to help with a smile, which made the stay feel special. I found the food outstanding, with lots of variety and delicious flavours. Ayatana Ooty has beautiful, peaceful surroundings, and my room was very clean, thoughtfully designed, and so comfortable. One of the best stays I’ve had. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re after a relaxing, memorable visit.

Room service was super fast, and we came away with great memories. The jacuzzi room we stayed in was an awesome experience, especially for honeymooning couples. They also have pool rooms, plus romantic options like candlelight dinners and bed decorations. It’s a little outside Ooty center, and the restaurant is somewhat pricey, though understandable for the place.

Huge thanks to Mr. Karthik (F&B), Chef Boney Gomes, Wesley, and Anil for the great vibes, and to David for the beautiful singing. The meals were fresh and thoughtfully curated, and the hospitality was flawless. The rooms are stunning, with floor-to-ceiling views over misty tea plantations. We swapped Ooty’s chaos for this cinematic retreat in Athigaratty. Luxury in the clouds, and every penny felt worth it. A 10/10 escape for friends or family, I’d return in a heartbeat!

We loved the nature walk with Jess, who was an amazing guide and shared insights about plants, animals, and their habitats. Kartik, the restaurant manager, was welcoming and looked after all our requests. Everyone on the property, from the front desk and reception to the restaurant team, was always around and happy to help. Loved everything about our stay.
