Please read this carefully if you’re new to booking. I reserved a hotel for 2 days and ran into a lot of problems. Although I’d paid online at the price shown, they asked for extra money when I arrived. They said the heater, or geyser, is switched off in all rooms to prevent electric shocks, but they still charge for it, and it didn’t work. There was a TV, but with no active Tata Sky subscription the screen was blank. The water seemed high in salt and caused itching and an allergic reaction. For lunch, they insisted I buy from their kitchen even when I ordered outside, and the prices were very high, for example, one coffee cost 52 rupees. I waited 30 minutes at reception with no response and saw no maintenance. The place was full of insects. It’s 1.5 kilometers from ECR Road, but the scenic, slow route takes at least 30 minutes. They said it had been that way for the past 10 months. Be cautious about possible extra charges. Enjoy this room at your own risk.

The property is spacious and very good, but the maintenance and service were terrible. We were there for three days with my office, and the experience was bad. The room smelled foul at check-in, and the beds, sheets, pillows, and covers had lots of stains and dirt. The rooms and bathrooms weren’t clean, and they weren’t dusted or cleaned regularly unless we asked. The balcony was in awful shape, full of spider webs and dust. The washroom also smelled bad. The road in is a rough mud and dirt road, almost like off-road driving. Room service was poor. The complimentary breakfast fell short, and they didn’t provide drinking water or tea or coffee with it. After seeing the rooms on arrival, we decided to check out and seek a refund. Reception told me to contact agoda customer care. I spent almost three hours trying to reach them to cancel and get a refund, but it failed and the issue wasn’t resolved. If the hotel seriously focused on improving maintenance and service, I’m sure it could get better reviews and more guests.

I booked through agoda and paid online, but they asked for 500 extra when I arrived. The room was awful, with no lock and a foul toilet smell. Customer care didn’t help. They’d answer the call, then leave you to it if you didn’t disconnect yourself. This is the worst experience I’ve had. Don’t be tempted by the low rate shown on a booking platform, they may collect extra charges. I don’t recommend booking here.

We checked in on time but had to wait a long time to get the room. It wasn’t properly cleaned and smelled of cigarettes. The TV didn’t work at first, and the restroom was dirty, with no bucket or mug. The shower wasn’t working properly either. We decided to check out that night.

We checked out promptly because the stay was unbearable. The rooms and bathrooms were unclean and didn’t meet basic hygiene standards. The pictures on the MakeMyTrip app were significantly different from what we found in person. I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve its services, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families.
