Truliv Villa LAGUNA

The villa was clean and well maintained, with lots of greenery, stylish and luxurious rooms, and plenty of space. We loved cooling off in the swimming pool, especially with the shore nearby. Thanks to everyone who made our days memorable, particularly the manager kathires kumar. He was cool and humble, and his hospitality went beyond what we expected. Laguna villa was an unforgettable experience, and I’d highly recommend it.

The timing is our only feedback. We hope Truliv might consider extending the stay by an hour or two, or making it a full 24 hours, so guests have more time to enjoy the villa and nearby attractions. We couldn’t explore them all because of time constraints. The place itself was clean, calm, and private, perfect for a family getaway. We especially loved the completely private swimming pool. Mr. Kathiresan, the villa’s manager, was humble and down-to-earth, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and cared for. His warmth and dedication added a personal touch. The helpers and the rest of the team were courteous and attentive, and we felt right at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Mr. Kathiresan deserves recognition and even a pay raise for his commitment and service. Sorry this got long, but it was worth writing. It’s a peaceful villa for family and friends, and I’m sure you’ll leave with good memories.

Bed bugs in every bed! The management and maintenance are pathetic, and this was the worst stay for the price. I have allergies all over my body from the bites. They’re putting guests’ lives in danger. Avoid booking here.
