Don't book here. I reserved through the app and paid the full amount shown in my Agoda confirmation, but when I arrived, the management demanded another ₹500. They said the payment through Agoda wasn't their concern, kept insisting on the extra charge, and I eventually paid. They didn't give me a receipt.
We booked through Agoda and paid online, but they still made us pay Rs.500/-. No receipt was given. The staff were very rude, and the whole matter is recorded on CCTV. He said, “Complain wherever you want.”
I booked on the OYO app, but nobody answered the helpdesk phone. I called about 20 times during different business hours with no response. At the hotel, they demanded extra charges in the middle of the night. The rooms aren't as good as described. Not recommended.
I arrived in Cuttack late at night and paid 150 rs for an auto to get here, since the hotel is a bit far from the station. The manager then refused to check me in, saying he couldn't give me a room at that price, even though I'd already paid through Oyo. Customer support couldn't help and said they'd refund me. In the middle of the night, far from the locality, I had to pay 1200 rs for a room that was average at best. Don't be tempted by the price Oyo shows, they won't let you check in.
One of the worst stays I've had. The receptionist wasn't supportive and acted like he didn't want to give me a room. Room service was very poor and unhygienic, and the staff weren't friendly. They locked the entrance around 9 PM, so if you're out late you have to knock several times to get back in.
