I paid online after booking through the OYO app, but the hotel charged me an extra ₹700 when I checked in. That was completely unfair and unprofessional. It was a terrible experience at Pradhan Palace, CDA Sector 11. OYO should take action against hotels that cheat customers.

I booked through OYO, and the property manager first refused to give me a room, saying the rent was higher than the rate OYO had offered. After a long discussion with OYO on a conference call, he finally gave me rooms. Thanks to OYO for resolving it. It's a 3 BHK flat with G+2, but there's no parking or lift, the common areas have poor lighting, and maintenance is somewhat poor.

This is a lodge, not a hotel, so don't be misled by the rates. Basic things are missing: no food, toiletries, or TV channels, and the bathrooms are dirty. There's also nobody to listen when you raise an issue. Avoid staying here if you can.

We weren't charged anything extra, the staff behaved well, and the service was good. I especially liked how quiet the hotel's location was.

I booked through OYO, but the hotel refused to give me a room, saying there were no vacancies. The worst hotel in Cuttack. They're looting people, and I've seen it myself too. Don't book here. I lost my money.
