The banquet hall at Seetal was spacious, airy, and clean, and the food was good. I attended a family function there, and the team handled everything well, from décor and music to cakes and the other arrangements. They also made food without onion and garlic for a few guests, which I especially appreciated. It was a satisfying, well managed experience.

The room was spacious and there was hot water all day, plus tasty complimentary breakfast. It’s in a nice spot on the main road. The room wasn’t clean, though, and there was fungus and moth on the walls and ceiling. Water seepage had damaged the area near the window and aircon.

I was there for a wedding, and the cafe food was pretty good. The rooms and washrooms were very average, and room service took an extremely long time.

Very bad room, and there was no cleaning or washing of the bedsheets and blanket. The same bedsheet gets used by multiple guests. This is the very worst hotel in Cuttack City. Travellers should choose Blue lagoon or Grand Central instead of Hotel Sheetal. This hotel is famous for *** activities.

The people on duty were awful, with no basic manners or etiquette when speaking to guests. When problems came up, they showed no humanity or professionalism. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had.
