Hotel Monarch Center Point near Dahanu Beach, Bordi

The general manager, Mr Viresh Shetty, was warm and very kind, ready to help us with anything. The rooms were nice and clean, and I loved the food, especially the nonveg. Good foood!

We paid for breakfast, but it wasn't provided at all. On both stays, we'd booked a deluxe room expecting one double bed and were given two single beds instead, even though the hotel wasn't fully occupied. That points to poor planning and basic coordination. The receptionist, Mohammed Kaif Khan, was very rude and unprofessional with us, even though we stayed polite. Rather than trying to fix anything, he bluntly said the hotel wasn't responsible because we'd booked online, and insisted we should have booked offline by calling them directly. The service was chaotic, staff behavior was unprofessional, and there was no accountability. A truly pathetic experience. Not recommended.

I didn't expect hospitality and food like this in my own hometown. The Monarch has raised Dahanu's standards. The food gets 10 out of 10, and the rooms do too, especially the view. The staff made it possible, particularly Mr. Viresh shetty, who was always available, literally a call away. Everyone should try it at least once. Trust me, it could become your go-to place. I had a great time.

My room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with the comfort and luxury I wanted. Every detail, from cleanliness to amenities, seemed thoughtfully taken care of. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, and made me feel valued. The hotel's atmosphere was elegant but relaxing, making for a comfortable, memorable stay. I'd highly recommend monarch centre point hotel for its hospitality, service, and overall experience.
