The food was a real highlight, with tasty dishes, appealing presentation, and enough variety for me. My room was spotless, beautiful, and well cared for, and all the amenities worked as they should. Lakshay and the rest of the staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help and doing extra to make the stay comfortable. I had a fantastic time and would happily recommend the hotel. Looking forward to coming back.

Karol Bagh is a decent place to stay, even with all the bustle around. The room was comfortable and had what I needed, and the staff kept things running smoothly. I did think the price was a bit high.

The worst part was feeling unsafe. We were two 20-year-old girls staying with a group tour, and one evening, while we were in bed, someone unlocked our door with a key, came in, then left quickly. We were told afterward that the hotel had given another guest a master key and they entered the wrong room by mistake. That’s a serious safety risk and points to terrible management. Our room also smelled really bad when we arrived and was very basic. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

The staff’s manner was a letdown, from the impolite front desk to housekeeping. I picked this place after reading the reviews, so arriving was a surprise. The sheets and towels were old and had some stains. After I complained, housekeeping changed the sheet for one that was a little newer, but the general standard still didn’t feel like four stars. I’d call it a basic three-star property, and the staff need to improve how they treat guests.

The restaurant food was delicious and the service excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and caring. I can highly recommend it.
