The location is very nice, and the staff behave well. The AC doesn’t work properly most of the time, though. Please remodel all the rooms.

Our original hotel was full, so AGODA moved us to Half Moon. We’d booked for three people, but the room we were given only suited two. They provided an extra cot, but it was poor quality and there wasn’t enough room to put it. We had no other option, so we stayed. The room is suitable for only two people.

The rooms smell bad, and the bathrooms are dirty. For the price they charge, they should at least be clean.

The rooms are average and not very clean. The blankets weren’t washed properly, but for the price it was okay. AC, heater, and TV all worked well. The water is a bit salty, as the place is near the sea. Being close to the main road is an advantage. They’re friendly and helpful, and can support early check-in. Call them in advance.

The person at reception was friendly, and the outside looked impressive, but inside it felt about half the size of the Sekaran Hotel. I was there alone for a short time. The bed was rough, with no spring mattress, and there was no sunlight. The bathroom was really small and had no ventilation, and the AC was ancient.
