Hotel Suba Grand

For a short work trip to Dahej, Suba Grand Hotel is a comfortable, clean place to stay. It’s on the highway between Bharuch and Dahej, close to the industrial area and easy to reach for office or factory visits. The rooms are quiet despite the road nearby, and have the basics: Wi-Fi, a tea and coffee maker, clean bathrooms, and a work table. Staff are polite and helpful, and check-in and checkout are usually quick. The restaurant has tasty Indian and continental choices, and breakfast is fresh and simple. It feels like a simple 3-star hotel, not a luxury stay. Some rooms have dated interiors and old furniture that could use an update. There’s no pool, play area, or other activities, so it’s not much of a family holiday option. Mobile reception inside is weak, especially for Jio and BSNL. There isn’t really anywhere nearby to walk or trek, and there’s plenty of traffic. The price also feels a little high for what you get. Still, it’s a decent choice for a short business stay, just nothing fancy.

The hotel now goes by The Radient Swan. It’s a very nice place, with spacious, clean rooms, good food, and a comfortable stay. The location is convenient for visiting industries in GIDC Phase II at Jolva Dahej.

The staff were friendly and responsive, and I had a good stay. The guestroom was clean and had a unique feel. It was big, and the evening view from the window was superb. The food was excellent, and public transport was nearby, with the railway station within walking distance.
