VERY GOOD SERVICE AND A VERY GOOD PLACE

The view was really nice, and the staff were friendly. Great service and food too.

The food here is good, and the service man was friendly and helpful. For this rate, it's a simple place to stay in Dhaliara, Himachal Pradesh, right on the main road and easy to reach by public or private vehicle. Rooms and cleanliness are average, though the rooms have full AC and the bathroom tap has hot and cold water all the time. They can also provide parking for 10 to 15 cars.

The presidential suite had plenty of space, with a king size bed in the main room, plus a separate room with two single beds and a big bathroom. The property seems relatively new. Service was the weak point. The people running the hotel seemed inexperienced, and when we asked for another towel, they rudely refused even though there were three of us in a room meant for four. We got three bath towels and no hand towel. There was a tea and coffee maker in the room, but no tea bags, sugar, milk powder, or anything else to use with it. When we asked, they didn't know these items were meant to be provided. If that's how things are in the presidential suite, it makes you wonder about service in the other rooms. They also lock the gates and doors after 11 pm, so going for a walk outside later isn't an option.
