The hotel is nicely decorated, has good rooms, and there’s space to park your car. Prices are low for the rooms, though high for the location, and service is below average. There’s no restaurant inside, and no restaurant within 2km. Outside food is allowed, or the hotel can arrange food for you, but it’s tasteless and costs extra over the food price.
The staff behaved well, which matters when booking a hotel. It’s near manas bhawan, and has parking, CCTV, RO water, AC, and geysers. The room smelled a bit and the place wasn’t very clean, maybe because construction was going on. Experiences can vary with the circumstances, and I’m writing this review while Ayodhya is at peak devotee numbers.
There’s no restaurant on the premises. Even tea is brought in from outside, and the hotel charges extra on top of the food price. After 9 pm, there’s no staff available even to receive guests, which made for a horrible experience. Service needs immediate improvement. I recommend booking in faizabad instead of ayodhya, which is still under development.
The staff were cooperative and made us very comfortable. They offered complimentary help with storing our bottles in the fridge, provided good RO filtered water for free, and brought plates and bowls even though we’d ordered outside food. They also provided extra mattresses and treated the driver well, with good accommodation and facilities. For the price, it was the best hotel for staff behaviour, and our stay was really very good.
The room quality felt like a third-rate guesthouse, especially for the high price. The staff were very bad and tried to force their way into the room, which raised serious security concerns. Families should not stay here.
