The food was tasty and clean, and the room itself was clean with enough furniture for a couple of days. But the staff weren't very responsive, especially on the night shift. There's no window in the room, so keep that in mind. It didn't feel worth the price, since nearby hotels offer better value. I wouldn't recommend staying here long term.

We stayed four nights in a safe, convenient neighborhood near a lovely market. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were nicely furnished, but everything was grimy. The hallway phone rang day and night, which made it hard to rest. The food was okay, and the coffee was good if you asked for it. We were greeted warmly at first, so I expected a pleasant stay, but later the staff seemed indifferent or hostile.

The location near the metro is the only plus. This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in, despite having stayed in hotels around the world. The rooms had mosquitoes, and repeated requests to deal with them went nowhere. I got multiple bites and was lucky not to fall seriously ill. The towels and bed linen had black marks and smelled terrible, even though they were supposed to be “new and fresh.” Noise was constant from 6 am onward, including housekeeping shouting in the halls and the hallway phone ringing randomly, even on Sundays. The staff were arrogant and rude. When my flight was delayed by the Delhi dust storms, I asked for a late checkout. The receptionist said it was okay and there'd be an extra charge, which I accepted. But when I checked out at 5 pm, I was billed for a full night. When I asked why, the receptionist said it was my job to ask about the excess rates and they could charge whatever they liked. Dirty linen and mosquito-filled rooms are serious health hazards. Foreign travelers in particular should be careful. The staff's unethical, holier-than-thou attitude, and their attempt to cheat me out of a couple of thousand rupees, was disgusting. Avoid JHT Hotels.

I was on holiday with my girlfriend, and it felt safe for us. It's couple-friendly, and the hotel is in a posh part of new delhi, so I wouldn't worry about awkward questions from the hotel. You need to be 18 or older and carry valid ID, though PAN cards aren't accepted. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the washrooms were up to the mark. It suited all my requirements, so the trip was a five-star experience. I took off one star because they claim to be a 3-star property but provide few room amenities and toiletries. Even the electric kettle wasn't clean. Still, it's a nice, decent place to stay. Hope this helps.

We chose this for a two-night stay after seeing the photos. I'd booked through OYO, where it was promoted as an Edition O hotel. The rate was about 2.5k per night, but we were charged more without any description of what the extra amount covered. We arrived early and were allowed to check in, but had to pay 399 in cash. The room had mosquitoes, and the bathroom drain didn't work properly. The second person had to shower in a puddle. We had to ask the front desk two or three times before anyone handled a request. The food was barely manageable, not especially good. At checkout, I never got a receipt, and the OYO app showed a few meals added to my booking. I wouldn't recommend it if you want a well-serviced hotel. If you just need a room to crash in, maybe, but there are mosquitoes and frequent power cuts. That's Delhi, I guess.
